At the round tables presentations have been made by ATNZ (Apprenticeship Training NZ) Competenz and Representative for the Ministry of Education with the discussion around attracting top students to a career in CNC machining and design.

ATNZ is currently the largest employer of engineering apprentices in New Zealand.  

Talented young learners are placed into businesses around the country, learning their trade through apprenticeships. This allows them to earn a wage at the same time, leading to lucrative, life-long careers.
